# Naming Architecture

## Purpose

This page defines how the Tech Ops PH brand is written across legal, public, digital, and asset contexts.

## Canonical Naming Layers

- Legal business name: `TECHOPS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS`
- Market-facing brand name: `Tech Ops PH`
- Canonical domain form: `techops.ph`
- Master logo text: `tech ops`

## Brand Rule

Use `Tech Ops PH` as the public-facing company name in copy, proposals, decks, profiles, and website content.

`Tech Ops` on its own is too easily confused with a practice label such as devops, web ops, or generic technical operations. `PH` is therefore not a decorative suffix. It is part of the active market-facing distinction.

## PH Usage

- use `Tech Ops PH` in copy by default
- use `PH` consistently in profile names, bios, deck covers, proposal covers, and external-facing business materials
- do not market the company publicly as plain `Tech Ops`
- the lowercase `tech ops` wordmark remains the approved logo text and does not need `PH` attached to the logo artwork itself

## Digital Naming

- domain: `techops.ph`
- preferred social handles: `TechOpsPH` or `techopsph`
- do not invent alternate brand abbreviations unless space is severely constrained and context is already established

## Service Naming Style

Service names should sound:

- descriptive
- consultative
- implementation-grounded

Do not make service naming tool-led, platform-led, or agency-generic.

## Descriptor Usage

`Operator-Trusted Digital Transformation Partner` is the current canonical descriptor, but it should be used selectively rather than forced into every brand instance.

Approved high-context uses include:

- homepage hero
- proposal cover
- profile and capabilities deck
- LinkedIn tagline
- speaker bio
- footers
- social banner graphics
